Chad has launched restaurants in Istanbul, Munich, London and Belgrade, served as VP of Plant-Based Education at Rouxbe Cooking School, and was the Global Wellness Coordinator, Media Spokesperson and R&D Chef for Whole Foods Market’s focus on plant-based diets.
